A highly skilled artisan copper plate engraver, company founder and chairman Roy Kirkham formed the Pottery business in the early 1970's producing character jugs and figurines. Later he would turn to the manufacture of the fine bone china and fine porcelain mugs, tea pots, tea cups and plates for which he would become globally renowned.
