Returns Policy

At Mon Demora, we take great pride in the quality of our crockery products and aim to provide complete satisfaction to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have the following returns policy in place.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
  • Products must be reported as damaged within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all original tags, labels, and seals attached.

How to Return a Damaged Product:

  • Contact our customer service team by email at contact@mondimora.com to report the damage and initiate the return process.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please include a detailed description of the damage and attach photographs of the damaged product when you contact our customer service team.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products that are not damaged. If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
